All material is fully disclosed in the item description; and although most are hypoallergenic, we cannot guarantee that you won't get an allergic or adverse reaction to a certain material.

Why don't you have chain extenders on most of the jewelry?

Most jewelries look best when properly fitted. You might find extender chains interfere with the clean look of some of our designs.

To size your necklace, anklet, or bracelet, simply use a string to mark the position of exactly where you want it to fit. Then just measure the string against a ruler to get your length.

If you do not have the exact size (such as buying a gift) and wish to have an extender chain integrated into the piece, please leave us a note.

How thick are the ear wires on the earrings?

To accommodate most people, we normally use 21 or 20 gauge wire for our earrings, but since your piercing might be slightly different from the standard, we include a complimentary pair of silicone ear nuts to all stud earrings.

Please feel free to contact us if you have much larger/smaller piercing holes and we will work something out!

Will I be getting exactly as what's shown in your pictures?

All items in our shop are made to order - with natural materials more often than not. On top of that we have different devices with different resolutions and colour renderings: Please expect slight variations in stone color, size, and pattern.

We offer FREE COMBINED SHIPPING: buy as many items as you'd like in one transaction, and pay for only 1 shipping cost!

We usually pack all items in one box. If certain items you're buying are gifts & require separate boxes, please leave us a note.
